SondeFox name and logo

SondeFox is the name of this project. Trademark matters are separate from source licensing.

A U.S. application for the SONDEFOX word mark was filed on September 24, 2026: serial 50128130 in USPTO TSDR. It covers standard characters in Class 9 on an intent-to-use basis and is awaiting examination. No completed registration is claimed here.

The planned Apache-2.0 license for application code will not grant permission to imply that a modified build or another service is an official SondeFox release.
